Shipping Clerk and Customer Service

**Duties**:

- Picking products for orders and gathering items for shipment
- Perform shipping duties including picking, packing, and packaging products
- Process orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth order fulfillment processes

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a shipping environment is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math skills for inventory management
- Familiarity with e-commerce shipping practices is a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs is required
- Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory records
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively, as well as with customers and providers
- Customer Service experience a must to work with patients
- Familiarity with nutritional supplements and naturopathic/holistic medicine is a PLUS

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
