Overview:
TRC Advanced Energy (TRC) is a nationally known energy efficiency consultancy. TRC collaborates with clients to develop and implement market transforming programs and initiatives that promote energy efficiency, renewable energy, and green building in multiple market sectors across the US and around the world. These initiatives reduce energy costs, improve the health and safety conditions of buildings, while also helping the environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions. **This position is located in or near Albany, NY.** This position will support NYSERDA's Contract Management Deptartment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accessing data from various types of databases, organizing data in spreadsheets, organizing files in cloud and server locations for access by others
- Compile data from program source systems and files to support evaluation projects
- Prepare and facilitate processes to identify and collect utility data to support evaluation studies
- Shepherd contracting documents with the assistance of evaluation project managers
- Prepare evaluation deliverables for finalization and publication
- Track evaluation studies in Jira, leading evaluation study recommendation tracking updates, data file organization
- Assist project managers with logic model development and refinement, assisting project managers with procurement activities, Technical Resource Manual reviews
- Engage with internal and external partners, including program staff, evaluation consultants, NY utilities, DPS and other key stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned to support the key outcomes for the Performance Management Team

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as accounting, math, statistics/analysis, or data science preferred
- Experience and/or training in data organization and analysis in cloud or hybrid environments essential
- Proficient in NEIS, Salesforce, SharePoint, EDI, and Jira
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and, with the supervisor, prioritize tasks as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must be skilled in extracting and organizing data and effectively coordinating multiple projects at once
- 3+ years of experience is required

**Compensation**: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

**Other Compensation**: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual
