**Administrative Supervisor**

The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the data flow and processes between accounting tools and platforms, and other business systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness. The Administrative Supervisor is also responsible for supporting payroll functions and the training of staff in other functions (primarily Operations and Administration).

**Desired Skills**
- Mentor, coach and foster growth and development of the Administration Team.
- Ensure department activities are in alignment with the company vision, mission, and values.
- Provide feedback to Operations Leaders regarding data reporting, communication and priorities with administrative team.
- Review month end reports for accuracy.
- Manage AP/AR teams, including snow subcontractor processing, collections, AIA, and other specialized billing.
- Perform general accounting duties.
- Examine accounting records, including financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to standards defined within the department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and support business strategic goals.
- Review records of accounts and input entries into proper accounts.
- Conduct and/or support other duties within the Administration Team as needed.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of one year in a leadership position with at least 1 direct report.
- Understanding and managed Accounts Payable and Receivale.
