Responsibilities for back office, but not limited to:
- Perform Vital Signs along with patient intake task
- Prepare charts for upcoming visits
- Submit prior authorizations for any orders and/or medications
- Answer phones, check faxes
Responsibilities for front office, but not limited to:
- Answer Phones
- Schedule and Cancel appointments
- Collect Co-Pays
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare as a medical assistant
- Familiarity with EHR
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
- Communication skills as you will be working with physicians and the office team.
- Bilingual -Spanish is a must

- High School Diploma
- Certificate of Medical Assisting or equal training'
