- Make deposits and pay bills for company and clients
- Maintain QuickBooks for clients
- Organize, assemble and send client copy of tax returns with filing instructions
- Replenish office supplies and coordinate maintenance, repairs and replacement of office equipment
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

- Five years of office manager experience is required
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable with strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and efficient with attention to detail
- Team player
- Proficient with technology including Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe and Sharefile
- Strong bookkeeping skills and ability to work with Quickbooks

We are looking to hire someone for the long-term who will complement our existing five-person office. All inquiries will be confidential.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
