**Duties**:

- Manage inventory of parts and supplies in a dealership or warehouse setting
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments of parts
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and perform regular stock checks
- Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct parts for their needs
- Process parts orders, including picking, packing, and shipping
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Coordinate with automotive service technicians to provide necessary parts for repairs and maintenance
- Perform data entry tasks to update inventory systems and track part usage

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Knowledge of dealership or warehouse management systems
