Genset Services, Inc. is a Commercial/Industrial Dealer for Generac. The New Equipment Project Coordinator plays a key role supporting sales & operations by organizing our ongoing generator and related projects. These tasks involve monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, procurement/buying, expenditures and monitoring & revising reports to help ensure project deadlines and budgets are met.

**Project Coordinator Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Preparing submittal packages for generator and related projects to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborating with Sales & Operations teams to ensure effective execution of generator projects.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Review equipment/parts for projects and issue Purchase Orders to vendors.
- Attend and participate in all department and company meetings as required.
- Prepare reports as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Related work experience and/or industry knowledge.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Competent in Outlook, Excel & Word and good organizational skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.

Experience level:

- 2 years

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
