As the **Accounts Payable/Administration Officer**, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the Americas Freight team. This will include administration, data entry, communication, database maintenance, invoice and accounts processing and support. In addition, this role will ensure that the processing and payment of invoices is done in a timely manner and ensure that all associated tasks and responsibilities comply and conform with relevant regulatory and quality requirements and company policies and standards within the Americas region.

**You’ll have**:

- Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within accounts payable
- Demonstrated basic accounting knowledge
- Previous experience working for a freight based company (highly desirable)
- Ability to work as part of a team with mínimal supervision
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to work to a designated timeline
- High level of attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Oracle software is highly desirable (Iprocurement preference)
- Tertiary qualification or diploma in a relevant discipline is desirable
