As a Junior Business Analyst, you'll play a multifaceted role, providing both user support and software testing expertise. You'll collaborate with experienced professionals to learn the ropes of both areas, gaining a well-rounded understanding of the IT lifecycle.

**This is a HYBRID position located in Arlington, VA.**

**Responsib**ilities **include, but are not limited to**:

- **Help Desk Support**:

- Provide first-line technical support to our clients, troubleshooting user issues and resolving problems efficiently.
- Document support interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical resources.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest software and hardware functionalities to provide effective user assistance.
- ** Software Quality Assurance (QA)**:

- Assist senior QA analysts in developing and executing test plans to ensure software functionality meets user requirements.
- Document test results and collaborate with developers to resolve identified issues.
- ** Business Analysis Support**:

- Assist with requirements gathering and analysis tasks for IT projects.
- Help create user documentation and training materials.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support or customer service environment (or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess a valid Security+ certification.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile).
- Experience with testing tools and methodologies.

**Security Clearance Requirements**:

- US citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance.
