**FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER/OFFICE MANAGER**
We are seeking a long term relationship with a person who will grow with us as we grow the company. **Responsibilities to include**:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Support project billing and reconciliations with PM’s
- Process and file monthly states sales tax returns.
- Managing all phases of workers’ compensation including annual audit
- Managing all phases of 401(k) plan including reports and interactions with our 3rd party administrators.
- Process payroll and submit EFTPS and state withholdings online. Includes filing of quarterly and annual federal, state unemployment and state withholding returns/reports.
- Maintain, and occasionally, re-price business insurances
- Maintain health insurance and employee reimbursements
- Standard office administration includes: record keeping, office filing systems, office equipment and facility liaison, assists with establishing office standards and procedures, as well as signing for deliveries.
**Qualifications**:
- Solid knowledge of QuickBooks On-line
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
- ‘Getting it’ with PC’s would be a big plus
- Must be punctual, self-motivated, have a solid work ethic
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a busy and demanding environment with changing priorities
- Ability to work with discretion handling confidential and sensitive information
- A copy Covid-19 Vaccination Record Card is a requirement for employment.
