The Sourcing Operations Associate reports into Sr. Manager of Sourcing Operations.

The goal of this role is to support the Sr. Manager in the management of the DDGS calendar, operations/process improvements, and business reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Works closely with the teams across brands and vendors to implement and manage calendar and product development processes.
- Ability to partner with colleagues and functional leads across departments.
- Drive value in speed to market, resulting in improved AGM% and net sales increases.
- Able to build and manage excel tools and communicate reporting/metrics requirements.
- Communicate regularly with upper management.
- Issue resolution and management of the escalation path to Sr. Manager Sourcing Operations.
- Drive change management through critical thinking and solutions-oriented problem solving.

Calendar & Product Lifecyle Management
- Support the creation of the strategic product lifecycle calendars including calendar maintenance, celebrity meetings and ongoing enhancements.
- Ensure calendars support an agile and balanced sourcing strategy that address standard timing,
- Ensure adherence to development targets, calendar milestones, and process compliance across DDGS functions (Design, TD, Sourcing, Merchandising).

Reporting/Flex PLM:

- Support the reporting and work with business partners internally and externally to ensure data integrity in Flex PLM is sustained.
- Measure, track and interpret company and DDGS goals to identify opportunities to optimize business performance.
- Support translating data into a structured and actionable analysis and deliver quarterly business reporting to teams and senior leaders that identify wins, opportunities, and roadblocks.
- Support leader in partnering with Merchandising Operations Systems Team to maximize operational efficiencies of Flex PLM. Continue developing Flex capabilities to reach its full potential as a tool for DDGS Design, TD, Sourcing and Merchandising
- Support in all phases of additional reporting as required

Critical Skills
- Excellent Excel skills with Tableau and MicroStrategy a plus.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Creativity and ability to think out of the box.
- Strong communication skills to support moving work forward
- Education:

- Bachelor’s Degree required (Merchandising, Marketing, Business, Product Design preferred)
- Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in apparel merchandising, product creation, sourcing, or business reporting/operations.
