- starting, organized, and reliable people

Our sleep coordinators work in physician’s offices to coordinate their sleep program in the office. The role relies heavily on the skill of managing priorities.

**Duties include**:

- Verifying insurance
- Discussing sleep diagnosis and therapy process with patients
- Coordinating with physicians on patient care
- Coordinating with medical office team
- Calling patients to schedule sleep study pickups and returns
- Setting up, demonstrating and downloading home sleep test units
- Calling patients to discuss sleep study results
- Referring patient out for therapy ordered by physician - sending documentation needed
- Coordinating care between physicians
- Calling patients to make sure they are actively treating their sleep apnea

We know sleep is a specialized field and we are prepared to train the right individual
- Communicating with patients confidently and compassionately
- Working alongside other medical professionals such as MA’s, PA’s and MD’s.
- Medical documentation/EMR knowledge
- Insurance verification
- Knowledge of sleep disorders is a plus
- Patient care management
- Scheduling appointments
- Intermediate computer knowledge/fast typing speed
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Pay**: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

**Location**: North Austin/Round Rock - Medical Office that has multiple locations

**Schedule**:

- Monday & Friday - Round Rock location
- Tuesday thru Thursday - North Austin location
