Job Purpose:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze data will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellence.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct quality control inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Use precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to perform accurate measurements
- Analyze data and test results to identify any deviations or non-conformities
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with quality systems, CGMP, and other relevant standards
- Document inspection results, maintain accurate records, and prepare detailed reports
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and techniques
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machine (CMM)
- Understanding of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or patterns
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
