**_This position starts at $18.50/hour._**
- 4pm, Monday - Friday.
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with children in a group setting preferred
- Demonstrated passion for children and their care and development
- "Live scan" fingerprint and child abuse index clearance by the DOJ
- Current CPR and First Aid Training
- Aspire to be a Christian role model in accordance with 1 Timothy, chapter 3
- Maintain a consistent relationship with God, demonstrate a strong and growing walk with Christ and live a Biblical lifestyle that honors Christ
- Be personally committed to the ideals, values, and mission of WOL
- Appropriately handle confidential information; refraining from gossip
- Ability to resolve issues according to Matthew 18:15
