ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

The incumbent is in a non-confined office setting in which they are free to move about at will. - Proven experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to networks, servers, and end-user devices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with end-users and team members.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality technical support.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices and ticketing systems is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
