**What your day will look like**:

- Responsible for product release activities after reviewing critical control point information in reference to cooking and chilling CCPs.
- Responsible for executing the R&D sample request for sensory analysis post food safety assessment.
- Responsible for executing hold and requesting maintenance work for equipment impacting CCPs (steam ovens & water cooking systems), as needed through the areas of responsibility
- Responsible for calibration activities such as buttons, internal probe for oven and Armor Inox.
- Responsible for coordinating lab testing needs & activities, sample collection and facilitation of test and hold requirements once results are received.
- Responsible for executing change-over verifications in manufacturing process
- Responsible for performing investigations and report on internal manufacturing and CCP deviations
- Cross-train and support as back-up for pre-op activities for the meal solution operations to ensure start up is smooth.
- Maintain working knowledge and awareness of food safety and quality programs.
- Other duties may be assigned, as needed to areas of FSQA focus.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher or 2 years of experience of food safety & quality experience in the food industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be flexible with schedule
- Analytical skills and communication ability acquired through working.
- Knowledge of food manufacturing processes and procedures
- Experience with Food Safety Audit Expectations and requirements preferred.
- Knowledge of HACCP, USDA regulations, GMPs, Quality Assurance, and Food Microbiology.
