**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile IT Field Desktop Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to a variety of clients, addressing a wide range of IT challenges. This position requires driving from site to site to be the onsite hands for multiple clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide efficient and effective field support to multiple clients, resolving IT support tickets related to hardware, software, and network issues.
Serve as the first point of contact for client IT inquiries, demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, offering timely and accurate solutions.
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of client IT systems and infrastructure.
Drive to various client sites to deliver onsite support and address IT issues in person.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and develop best practices for IT support.
Maintain detailed records of IT issues and resolutions.
Adapt to different IT environments and quickly learn new technologies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT support, preferably in an outsourced or multi-client environment.
Strong understanding of various IT systems and configurations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are highly desirable.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for traveling to client sites.
