- This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position that can be worked in our Orlando office, from your local home, or hybrid work from home/in office. This role allows you to set your own schedule. Pay is 100% commission based and our goal is for each of our agents to earn $100,000 or more in commissions._
**Real Estate Agent Primary Responsibilities**
- Follow up with prospects, add them to the sales pipeline and generate potential clients
- Engage with potential buyers to figure out their wants and needs
- Preview properties to learn the market and show properties to clients
- Meet with sellers to customize a listing plan to fit their needs
- Write and negotiate contracts
- Work in collaboration with office staff to maintain a high level of customer service through closing and beyond
- Attend client appointments and closings
**Real Estate Agent Requirements**
- Florida Real Estate License
- 2 years of Real Estate experience
- Driver’s license, auto insurance and vehicle
- Smartphone and computer
