What does an Area Sales Manager do at Swire Coca Cola?
Leads a team that promotes and develops Coca Cola brands within field level accounts.

**Job details**:
**Schedule**: Monday-Friday, some weekends required

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve volume targets for channel of business
- Achieve performance profit targets
- Train and develop account management team
- Manage and control expense budgets (human capital, products, waste and break)
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma (or GED) required or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license required and vehicle required
- 4+ years experience in beverage, food or equivalent industry required and
- 2+ years previous experience in leadership role required and
- 2+ years merchandizing or product delivery experience required or
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Strong presentation skills
- Customer service experience
