**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all office operations and procedures
- Handle calls from patients, new or existing
- Comply with all insurance submission deadlines
- Verification of insurance benefits and track authorizations/referrals
- Coordination of documentation requirements for staff
- Claims processing, payment posting and denial management
- Advocate and take action on what is needed to ensure a child gets therapy he/she needs.
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines
- Support Co-Founders in daily operations

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in office management tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally
- Experience with front desk operations
- Excellent time management
- Multitask with ease
- Experience with health insurance processes (benefits, claims, authorizations, referrals)
- Leadership skills
- Schedule management capabilities
