**Duties**:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional assistance or information
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering solutions to customers
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customers over the phone
