- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance productivity, efficiency, and innovation.
- **System Administration**: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
- **Security Management**: Implement and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and tools to protect organizational data and systems from cyber threats and breaches.
- **Vendor Management**: Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective IT solutions.
- **Budgeting and Resource Allocation**: Develop and manage the IT budget, including forecasting expenses, allocating resources, and optimizing spending. This includes implementation of tracking system for computer equipment.
- **Project Management**: Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- **User Support**: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of IT-related problems.
- **Compliance and Governance**: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices related to IT security, HIPPA, data privacy, and technology usage.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a related role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security principles.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

**Salary: $80,000 - $90,000**
