**The Schedules We Are Hiring For (**_30 hours or 12 hours_**)**

Monday - Friday 1:00pm-7:00pm

Saturday & Sunday 1:00pm-7:00pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide **Unarmed Security Officer** services to protect the clients location, customers and its assets.
- Conduct vehicle/**foot patrols** to detect, report and deter unauthorized activities.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Must have an active **Virginia DCJS Unarmed Security Registration or be able to obtain one **within 90 days of employment**.**

Must have a valid **Driver’s License**.
- Previous Security experience is preferred.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Ability to **walk/stand/drive** for extended periods of time.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.

**Notes**:

- Must be able to become compliant with the Virginia DCJS, within 24-48 hours, **before** employment processing. This will require a **financial cost** of about $100 in state & fingerprinting fees. **We do not cover this cost**.
- The client may fluctuate the schedule from time to time to adjust services as needed.
- This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned by the client and/or management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.00 - 30.00 per week
