We Require
- One year IT experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Paralegal Studies, or a Bachelor’s degree in any field and a certificate of completion from an American Bar Association (ABA) approved Legal Assistant or Paralegal studies program at an accredited school including one year of experience as a paralegal.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or a related field

- Experience performing similar work in a legal or criminal justice environment
- Advance PC skills required (including Windows 10, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, JustWare, PowerPoint, CaseMap, TrialDirector, Video editing software)

Job Contributions
- Assists attorneys with preparing courtroom presentation tools; may be required to assist with the setup and operation of these tools in the courtroom.
- Provides support for and works to expand video-conferencing capabilities including audio editing services, media conversion and duplication requests
- Manages and inventories all departmental technology-related equipment and projects; serves as liaison with OET and/or PDS for technology-related needs, and tracks all technical requests
- Provides training on the use of litigation support tools, hardware, and software.
- Maintains office shared drives which includes organization, utilization, data deletion and requests for additional space
- Manges new hire technical set-up, which includes the assignment of technical equipment and the execution of account requests to County, Court, and PDS information systems
- Provides web page management for both internal and external websites
- Performs miscellaneous specialized business technology tasks as needed
