Surge Fitness Center is a 25,000 square foot full-service fitness center located at 117 Washington Avenue in North Haven. We are looking for a **friendly, upbeat, reliable **individual to join our Front Desk team

**Hours per week**: 12 hours + subbing opportunities

**Shift Schedule**:Three weekday evenings (4pm - 8pm and/ or 5pm - 9:15pm)

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Greet all Surge members when they enter and exit
- Give tours of the facility and sign up new members
- Address the needs and questions of our members in person and over the phone
- Use our computer system daily to complete various tasks
- Participate in the cleaning and tidying of our facility

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Extremely friendly and upbeat
- Always punctual and reliable
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong computer proficiency
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
