- Provide support and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed
- Manage and maintain the activity schedule, ensuring that all activities are properly organized and communicated to residents
- Encourage resident participation in activities and promote a positive and engaging environment

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
