Casa Counseling, a division of Casa de la Familia, is looking for qualified licensed and associate MFT’s, Clinical Social Workers, and Professional Clinical Counselors. **At this time, we no longer have the capacity for Associate Social Workers as our LCSW supervisor is at capacity.**
**OUR MISSION**
Casa de la Familia is dedicated to ensuring the long-lasting mental health success of individuals who have experienced psychological trauma. Casa de la Familia specializes in the treatment of post-traumatic, anxiety, and depressive disorders through the provision of crisis intervention and long-term individual and family therapy. We work closely with city, county, and state social service agencies, police departments, victim advocates, family resource centers, nonprofit agencies, and community service programs.
**MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST**
We are currently searching for a fantastic new member of our team to work primarily through our various programs. Our programs social services, the victims of crime program, 13 Reasons why, Right to Rise, and private clients. Services provided include individual, family, and group therapy.
**WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH**
As a mental health therapist, you will be assigned a clinical supervisor and will have dedicated time to consult with them each week on your cases. You will also be assigned a case manager, who is available to help you succeed and navigate our programs. Case managers help clinicians with administrative matters to ensure the best care for their clients.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
In your first 90 days, you will:
- Conduct intakes and sessions for your assigned caseload
- Learn the ins and outs of our platforms, from how it works to ensuring accurate documentation
- Learn how to use resources to effectively provide services to your clients
Within your first 6 months, you will:
- Establish yourself as a trusted Casa Counseling Clinician with your clients and coworkers
- Establish additional projects and services you offer through Casa Counseling, such as blog writing and social media content
**WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE**

- Active registration with your licensing board.
- Ability to provide in-person services at our Casa de la Familia office locations (Los Angeles, Santa Ana, or Fullerton)
**COMPENSATION**
Associates**:Full Time**:$50,000 - $60,000, **Part Time: $22 - $30, per diem**

Psychological Assistants/Registered Psychologists**:Full Time**:$55,000-$65,000, **Part Time: $29 - $39, per diem**

Licensed Psychologists**: $44 - $50, per diem**
