With our program, SMIT(s) become our Manager/owner of the building within 6 months of coming into the training.

You will experience hands on management of a store, while layering all Key Learning Experiences needed to manage your own store in a short period of time

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in retail management with a focus on sales, recruiting, and customer service

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
