**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and

beverage choices.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with high-end dining standards.
- Monitor and observe guests' dining experience to ensure satisfaction; promptly respond

to any additional requests.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation

methods, and presentation.
- Upsell food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests depart.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and uphold restaurant standards.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and courteously, escalating to management

when necessary.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to stay updated on restaurant policies

and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a server in a high-end restaurant, preferably

specializing in Japanese cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes, as well as sake and

other beverages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Possess a current food handler’s card.
