Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary duties will include monitoring surveillance equipment, conducting regular patrols, and enforcing security protocols.

**Duties**:

- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to ensure the safety of the premises
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter unauthorized access and detect any suspicious activity
- Enforce security protocols and respond promptly to any breaches or violations
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to resolve security issues
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities
- Utilize conflict management techniques to de-escalate potentially volatile situations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment
- Possession of a valid security certificate is required
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to administer CPR
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
