- Conduct comprehensive postpartum assessment
- Conduct depression screening
- Provide nutritional education & family planning resources
- Manage chronic health conditions
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Educate patients on postpartum and Newborn care
- Lead care team and ensure patients needs are identified & addressed
- Provide lactation support
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Perform minor procedures including postpartum exams, pain management
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
- Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification
- State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
- Proficiency in anatomy, aseptic techniques, airway management, and behavioral health assessments
- Experience in case management and laboratory interpretation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: $52.00 - $62.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
