The ForgeOS team is growing We are in need of a Commissions Analyst. This full-time, fully-remote role is a great **entry level** position for highly detailed, organized, motivated and communicative individuals who have recently graduated or are interested in taking their few years of working experience to the next level. This position can work fully remote after 1 week of training in-person from our Baltimore, MD office. Standard working hours are 8 am - 5 pm EDT. In-office work may be required approximately 1-2 times per year.

The Commissions Analyst will perform in-depth analyses of TSD and supplier commission reports, investigate and resolve any discrepancies, and create accurate and meaningful statements and reports for both internal and external audiences. Accuracy and meeting deadlines are essential to this role, as is the communication of the monthly reconciliations to a non-technical audience.
**JOB TITLE**:Commissions Analyst
**REPORTS TO**:Senior Commissions Analyst
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Audit carrier commission reports for accuracy and timeliness
- Research and resolve commission discrepancies
- Perform in-depth analyses related to the regular commission payment cycles, variance analysis, and data reconciliations
- Effectively communicate the results of monthly reconciliations internally and externally
- Produce accurate and detailed commission statements in accordance with requirements
- Maintains accurate data in the appropriate databases daily
- Assisting in the development, documentation and implementation of commissions processes
- Prepare ad-hoc reports
- Other responsibilities as needed
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's Degree required or at least 4 years of related job experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to pivot tables and v-lookups, is required
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Ability to interpret and summarize results of various analyses in a timely and meaningful way
- Ability to explain results of analyses to a non-technical internal audience, including management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, and establish strong interpersonal relationships
- Desire to learn about the industry and support the goals of the organization
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer
- Must be able to read, write and speak English proficiently
