**Responsibilities**:
This position requires hours of system testing, customer interaction, development of System Change Requests (SCR) and direct communication with Leidos (DPAS PO) in an effort to achieve optimum operability for users. Most importantly however, this VMAS is our primary WH trainer for internal and external customers.
- Perform training for 364 units.
- Update User Guidebooks for two DPAS modules
- Perform system testing.
- Provide Customer Support for over 4,000 system users.
- Process and track System Help Desk Tickets
- Write System Change Request
- Perform data cleansing.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
Previous vehicle fleet management experience in military environment preferred

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects

Clear and effective written and oral communication skills

Previous experience with DoD Fleet Management Information Systems

**Secret Clearance required.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
