Desirable Qualifications
Ability to perform vendor and contract management activities to ensure vendor compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Ability to analyze and monitor expenditures against contract encumbrances to ensure contract costs are within budget.
- Knowledge of state and federal procurement rules, policies and regulations.
- Knowledge in the development of IT and non-IT solicitation documents (i.e. RFP, RFO. etc.).
- Ability to develop procurement, contract, and vendor management schedule tasks and manage (or update as necessary) the Microsoft® Project schedule.
- Monitor and track to completion procurement and contract/vendor management activities, including escalation and mitigation of any risks and/or issues.
