**Duties | Responsibilities**

Bragg is seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team. The position is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, and creating engaging content to drive brand awareness and increase audience engagement. This is a full-time position.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create compelling and engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy
- Monitor social media (Instagram & Linkedin) trends and stay up-to-date with industry best practices
- Collaborate with company management and salesforce to ensure consistent messaging
- Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and optimize campaigns
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in social media marketing
- Assist in the development of paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms
- Develop employee branding and networking engagement alongside TikTok and other social media platforms

**Required Skills | Abilities**
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite for content creation
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative social media strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

**Education and Experience**
- Required Bachelor's degree in Social Media & Digital Marketing or a related field
- Professional corporate social media experience 3 years preferred

**Physical Requirements**
- Prolonged Periods Sitting at a Desk and Working on a Computer
- Must be Able to Lift Up to 50 Pounds at Times***

**Travel**
- Occasional Travel Both Local and Out-of-State
- Able to Work Some Weekends and Evenings
