We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics professional to join our team. The National Recruitment Data Analytics function shall perform the following day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to:

- Manage master data, including creation, updates, and deletion
- Manage users and user roles
- Process confidential data and information according to guidelines;
- Help develop reports and provide analysis;
- Manage and design the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata;
- Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization;
- Generate scheduled and ad hoc reports from single or multiple systems;
- Troubleshoot the reporting database environment and reports;
- Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems;
- Train end-users on new reports and dashboards;
- Use statistical methods to conduct data correlation analysis and trend analysis for the development of forecasting models;
- **Technical Skills**:_
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to prepare and make group/executive presentations
- Resourcefulness, initiative and skill to function in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail in goal/task accomplishment with mínimal supervision
- Professionalism and the ability to interact effectively with others
- Ability to meet planned and unscheduled deadlines in a timely manner
- All personnel shall be able to work independently.
- **Qualifications**_
- **Associates degree or higher in related field**:

- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe
- US citizenship and English fluency
- Meet DHS Suitability Adjudication and Obtain Clearance.
- **Must sustain said clearance throughout term**:

- **Active CBP BI preferred.**
