This position is part of the Customer Service team located in Marlborough, MA and will be Hybrid. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

**What you’ll do**:

- Respond to and/or research customer concerns/inquiries with urgency and accuracy. Demonstrate basic problem-solving skills through an investigative approach and provide solutions to problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring.
- Execute all tasks assigned by the manager diligently, on schedule and to the highest standard. Work with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets understanding that their teams’ success is their own success and they share responsibility when their team experiences difficulties.

**Who you are**:

- High School Diploma and/or 1-2 years of related work experience including but not limited to; data entry skills to quickly and accurately review and input data with the ability to work well under pressure and effectively manage priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor; demonstrated computer proficiency
- Strong ability to follow and adhere to procedural guidelines; aptitude for interpreting customer inquiries/problems

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Oracle (or similar ERP), Salesforce and MS Office
- Working in a fast-paced environment

The salary range for this role is $50,000-$52,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
