Bamboo Digital, a leader in TikTok marketing, is looking for a sales with clients resources to develop US market with Bamboo Digital's strong capibality to provide high-end level services in digital marketing including all demands in TikTok platform. This role involves overseeing marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination between different teams and clients, including weekend engagements and regular reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
Business Opportunity Acquisition: Participate in forums, exhibitions, salons, etc., to acquire effective customer resources and promptly follow up on customer needs. Business opportunities include brand clients for promotion on the TikTok platform, e-commerce clients with sales demands on the TikTok platform, and potential trainees interested in becoming influencers.
Business Opportunity Follow-up: Identify opportunities, explore customer cooperation intentions, negotiate and communicate with customers on business terms, and facilitate business collaboration.
Project Bidding: For clients involving project bidding, coordinate internal resources for relevant materials preparation and be responsible for presenting bids to clients.
Customer Relations Management : Assist the account manager in daily customer relationship maintenance, communicate around the pain points and needs of customers, and provide suggestions.
Internal Management Process Execution: Based on company compliance and other internal management requirements, communicate and coordinate with clients, prepare relevant documents (credit review, virtual accounts, business licenses, etc.), and complete internal management process execution tasks (CRM information maintenance, etc.).
Qualifications:
Possess over 2 years of business development experience, with preference given to those with experience in social media marketing sales.
Have some digital marketing customer resources, with existing client resources being a plus.
Have certain industry knowledge, with preference given to those with relevant industry experience.
Ability to independently expand the client base.
Bachelor's degree or above.
Skills and Abilities:
Business Acumen (understand market trends and business background and act accordingly).
Information Gathering (collect relevant information through exploration, investigation, and inquiry).
Proactive (adopt a proactive attitude in communicating with clients).
Results-Oriented (willing to take responsibility and strive to achieve challenging goals).

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
