**Organizational Relationships**:
Cross functional environment and will work with Operations, Planning, Customer Service, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Finance and Quality organizations.

**Basic Function**:
The Warehouse Raw Material Receipt Clerk I is responsible for learning all required inbound warehouse procedures. This position is an entry level position that is expected to become an Inbound Receipt Clerk II within 12 months. The Inbound Warehouse Receipt Clerk I is responsible for the receipt and sample process for inbound raw materials. S/He is expected to take direction and to provide timely unloading, weighing, sampling process, documentation, labeling and computer entry of inbound raw materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performs receipt and sampling procedure of all Raw Material receipts, from verification of trucker paperwork upon delivery, and proper marking of freight with customer name, part-number, and qty-per carton.
- To be cross functional with the ability to assist with the receipt of components and other receiving requirements.
- Able to assist on a daily basis the Inbound Raw Material Receipt Lead.
- Records/notes any damages or shortages and obtain carrier signature.
- Marks cartons with kdc/one RR# for tracking and ID.
- Enters receipt data into mfg pro within 24 hrs of delivery.
- Maintains accurate and organized file of receipt / carrier paperwork.
- Maintain a neat, clean, organized work area.
- Prints and applies Raw Material Approvals (or Reject) Labels to inbound material.
- Participates in Cycle Count Program and Cycle Counts as requested
- Shares responsibility with maintaining an accurate Inventory at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Some warehouse experience required.
- Must read / write English.
- Must work well with addition/subtraction/multiplication and division.
- Must have or be capable of obtaining license for forklift and deep reach lift trucks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
