Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Negotiate leases and ensure they meet Fair Housing regulations
- Utilize property management software such as OneSite and Yardi for efficient operations
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations impacting property management
- Handle property leasing, including marketing available units and screening potential tenants
- Familiarity with Section 8, HUD and LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs
- Conduct property tours and manage move-ins/move-outs
- Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor property budgets and financial performance

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in property management or related field
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes
- Strong negotiation skills
- Understanding of property leasing procedures
- Familiarity with OneSite, Yardi, or similar property management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
