**Job Purpose**
As a Support Coordinator at Fourteen IP Communications Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that operational support requests are promptly addressed and fulfilled, aligning with the company’s contractual obligations, targets, and standards.
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Submit orders for US, EU, and UK porting with accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Gaining Carrier to ensure successful porting.
- Resolve any issues or rejections with the Gaining Carrier and provide necessary documentation.
- Maintain order tracking and provide updates to the project manager, adhering to deadlines.
- Ensure ports are triggered within specified time frames.
- Provision emergency service numbers and investigate charges for incorrectly provisioned numbers.
- Add ported numbers to the correct billing platform and numbering database.
- Order new numbers as required.
- Prepare accurate quotations for chargeable support works, moves, additions, or changes.
- Coordinate both chargeable and non-chargeable support requests in accordance with company service level agreements.
- Ensure documentation for support requests is provided, obtained, and recorded per company procedures.
- Invoice for chargeable support requests in alignment with payment terms and client credit accounts.
- Generate and review support-related reports as requested by the Head of Support Services.
- Attend relevant meetings with management, technicians, customers, and suppliers as required.
- Foster effective interpersonal relationships with stakeholders.
- Participate in required training and strive to meet development objectives.
- Perform any additional duties as dictated by business needs.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Previous experience in a support coordination role or similar.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Servicemax.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
