**Responsibilities**:

- Set up, register, and operate automatic screen-printing press and manual press according to written and/or verbal instructions established by the company.
- Solve printing problems and make adjustments to the press to keep quality, good registration, accurate colors at an efficient production speed.
- Understand screen printing and production processes including manual and automatic press set up, operations, dryer settings and functions, quality control, and ink.
- Follows production work orders assigned by supervisor(s). Will obtain signatures for approvals.
- Reads the order to verify correct design, sizing, placement, ink colors.
- Meets with fellow employees (machine team) to review order and confirm all items necessary to complete the job are available and accurate. This includes garments, inks, screens, etc.
- Obtains all related supplies to produce the job - screens, inks, squeegees, glue, blank garments/apparel, etc. And confirms all is correct based on paperwork provided and approvals.
- Sets up press according to company guidelines, safety, and job requirements.
- Required to print pre-production strike off for approval by supervisor(s) before running production.
- Print jobs maintaining optimum production speed.
- make adjustments to make sure print quality, registration and color(s) are correct.
- If needed, make adjustments to the squeegees for proper pressure and/or speed. Will ensure to use proper flash temperature and flash time.
- Required to notify supervisor of any shortages, damages, and or defects.
- Required to ensure proper cleanliness of press and workstation. Must return unused inks to ink station.
- Must keep area and machine clean, remove trash, rags, and any other debris.
- Lifting: required to lift garment boxes, inks, screens, etc. - typically, 40 lbs. or less. Hand trucks and carts available.
- Review work orders, obtain approvals, maintain quality, accuracy, speed, safety, cleanliness, etc.)
- Other duties may be assigned

**Skills**:

- 2 years’ experience (required)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be flexible and willing to move to varying stations.
- Must have high attention to detail and quality.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
