**Day in the Life as a Laborer**:

- Work on a friendly 4-5-person crew.
- Install innovative basement waterproofing systems or crawlspace encapsulations.
- Drill around basement perimeters.
- Remove rock and gravel.
- Carry debris in 65-pound buckets to install drain tiles.
- Tackle different job conditions, including tight spaces

**Company Culture**:
At Erie Home, we recognize the physical demands of the laborer position and offer competitive wages starting at $20 - $22 an hour, with bonuses after 90 days. We honor military veterans with a hiring bonus of up to $5,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and supplemental plans, along with holiday pay, PTO, and a 401k plan. Additionally, we provide realistic advancement opportunities within the company.

**Requirements**:

- Available Monday - Friday, 7 am - 5 pm.
- Experience in construction, general labor, or landscaping is a plus.
- Comfortable with tight spaces like crawl spaces.
- Able to lift 65 lbs. and carry it up stairs.
