**Duties**:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and offerings

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in food service management, preferably in fine dining or upscale establishments
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of supervising and motivating teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control measures
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on quality

Pay: $58,811.50 - $70,826.75 per year
