**_ SUMMARY OF POSITION_**

**_
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES_**
- Plans, manages and executes project schedules
- Performs each project successfully, including project scheduling and controlling direct job material and labor costs
- Analyzes and coordinates manpower and equipment needs for each project
- Effectively collaborates with team members
- Maintains a good working relationship between the company and the customer
- Reviews and understands project plans and specifications
- Ensures accurate reporting of time and quantities
- Performs other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of 5-10 years construction field experience, including demonstrated Superintendent experience
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage a construction schedule
- Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in outdoor environments, including prolonged walking or standing on various terrain in a wide range of weather conditions
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and meet necessary deadlines
- Must have experience with Microsoft products such as word, excel and outlook
- Must follow all company rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, etc.
