Job Overview:
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

- Using ADP and DELTEK COSTPOINT TIME COLLECTION assist with a bi-weekly and semi-monthly pay schedule
- Data entry of all payroll related changes to include labor categories, rates, lines items and more
- Time entry reviews
- Year end W-2 preparation using ADP
- Garnishment set-ups using ADP
- Enrollment processes for new hires and manage changes for existing employees using ADP.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related data in ADP HR system
- Collaborate to resolve benefit-related issues and discrepancies. Assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits coverage, and changes
- Prepare reports using ADP

**Requirements**:

- Expert level using ADP and Deltek Costpoint Time Collection
- Expert level of payroll experience
- Proficiency in accounting principles related to payroll and benefits administration using ADP
- Familiarity with financial concepts related payroll
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll
- Excellent data entry skills with a focus on maintaining data integrity

Pay: $62,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
