Axis Recovery is a new sports recovery facility looking for a **Sales Associate** with a great personality to work part time assisting customers in person at our Conroe store.

Flexible schedule, but must be open to working weekends. Paying $15-17/hr.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly and positive entrance into the studio
- Conduct telephone inquiries/follow-up calls/customer care calls
- Sell memberships and build the value with every interaction
- Book and edit member and guest appointments via Zenoti
- Maintain daily contact and follow-up logs
- Responsible for accurately processing credit card transactions
- Help maintain an organized and clean studio, lobby and front desk area
- Assist with suite turnover including the cleaning and sanitation of both the sauna and shower areas after each session
- Assist studio cleaners with laundry (loading washers, dryers, folding towels, keeping cold compresses stocked)

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a neat and orderly workplace
- Knowledge of Zenoti is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Cash handling experience, including counting money, processing payments, and providing accurate change
- Proven ability to sell products and services by effectively communicating value propositions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Shift:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Weekly day range:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only

Work Location: In person
