Description
Security Officer at Providence Cedars‑Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA. This position is full time and works 8‑hour night shifts. The role ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, buildings, and contents.
Required Qualifications
- Coursework/Training AVADE I/II within 30 to 150 days of hire.
- Foam Pepper Spray training.
- California Security Guard Registration upon hire.
- California Fire and Life Safety Card – National Organization within 30 days of hire.
- 1 year security experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Benefits and Compensation
Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range will be determined by relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Base pay range: $24.00 – $35.77. Additional compensation may be available, including shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.
