Supervises zone maintenance specialists and coordinates with tenants and other Facilities groups performing other maintenance activities. Take a tour of our campus: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KnNaPzR-AEE Hours: Full time (40 hours), Night Shift, Weekend work required Location: Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, MD 21287 Requirements/Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Five years of maintenance or skilled trades construction High technical knowledge in a maintenance specialty such as carpentry, plumbing, or HVAC. Previous work experience must have demonstrated a high degree of self-management.
