VP - Digital Platform

Berklee, the world's leading institution for music and performing arts education, is seeking a visionary, innovative, and product-driven Vice President, Alumni Services and Berklee Connect . This executive-level, mission-driven role is critical to realizing Berklee's goal of setting a new global standard for postgraduate career support for our network of 84,000+ alumni . The successful VP will bring an inclusive and facilitative leadership style to this transformative era under President Lucchese, reinforcing our status as a global leader in creativity and innovation . Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Institutional Advancement and serving on the President's Leadership Council, the VP will lead a digital product-led strategy to relaunch Berklee Connect as the essential digital front door for alumni services worldwide. This requires a deep commitment to a studentcentered (postgraduate) approach, cultural awareness, and a collaborative style to build consensus across the institution.
Establish and execute a digital productled strategy to set a new standard for postgraduate career support globally.
Develop a needsbased product roadmap for relaunching Berklee Connect, offering services like free continuing education, mentorship platforms, and exclusive access to creative services.
Build and manage a small, agile team to develop and maintain the Berklee Connect platform.
Serve as the chief advocate of Alumni Services externally to donors, industry partners, and Trustees.
We seek an executivelevel representative of Berklees values with the vision, communication skills, and empathy to lead effectively within our diverse, multicultural community.
Bachelors degree required.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, with a combination of experience in technologydriven creative institutions (ideally with a concentration in artist services).
Proven track record of digital product strategy and career support/development in the creative industries.
Demonstrated success managing large, complex crossfunctional projects , building consensus, and tight operational coordination.
Proven ability to build, mentor, and develop agile, highperforming teams .
